Dear Ron,

We wanted to take minute to thank you and your staff for bringing our dream home to reality.

Our experience with thoase at AVCO has been a positive one, and everyone that we came into contact with went out of their way to see that our questions were answered, and that we recieved the home that suited our needs, and also our budget.

Curtis was very helpful in the planning stage, and spent several hours with us to make sure that all options were explained to us. donavan was with us during the construction phase, and always took time to answer our questions, no matter how minor they were, and he consistantly put our minds at ease. Sean has been in charge of the follow-up, and he has called every Friday to give us updates on the things that were identified during the walk through that needed to be handled.

We have been enjoying our home since April, and we would not hesitate to recommend AVCO to anyone.

We know that you are all working very hard, and have been extremely busy, so, if you would, please again express our thanks to those who work with you. We could not be more pleased with our experiance, and are very happy with our home.
